Making Payment
A 50% deposit is required on booking with the remaining monies payable one calendar month prior to arrival. You may also wish to make payments in full. Remainder payment is strictly in Euros, either by cash or electronically transferred to our English or French bank account, details of which are forwarded to you with your booking confirmation. Late payments will be deemed as a cancellation and therefore you will forfeit your rights to the booking period without compensation.

Cancellation
More than three months prior to the comencement of the booking period, a 75% refund minus bank charges transferring the monies to your account.

Within three months prior to the commencement of the booking period, no refund will be made.

We understand that in certain circumstances bookings will have to be cancelled due to situations beyond your control. In such circumstances refunds may be made depending on the cirumstances, though these are made at the discretion of the proprietor.
